Art Extraordinaire – Bunbury Catholic College

Art Extraordinaire is the much-anticipated fine art auction and exhibition held each year in the BCC Hall.

Mark your calendars for a night of art, fun, and fundraising at our much-anticipated ARTEX event!

Join us on Friday October 24 2025 for the exciting Opening Night, where you’ll have the chance to preview and purchase incredible local artwork while enjoying a complimentary glass of wine, gin, or beer.

Volunteers Wanted

The Art extraordinaire Committee is seeking volunteers to assist with this exciting and vibrant fine art exhibition:

Marketing Coordinator (Webmaster / Marketing & Advertising): This can be shared among two or three people but a coordinator who can attend meetings is required. Areas of responsibility:
- Social Media: Content advertising and marketing.
- Graphics: Signage, posters, online ticketing (for opening night).
- Website: Upload artist profiles and catalogue images, and liaise with Web hosting Pixel Studios.
Sponsorship Coordinator: No need to attend meetings, identify and apply for grants and donations and liaise regarding invoicing etc.
Catering Coordinator: No need to attend meetings, select a menu within budget. Plate food and coordinate kitchen and waitstaff on opening night. Source equipment and set up the Hall kitchen for opening night.
Volunteer Coordinator: Contact past volunteers, contact new volunteers and prepare a roster for the required work areas.

The first meeting will be on Wednesday May 7 2025 @ 6pm in the Tom Hall Boardroom.

The Art Extraordinaire exhibition continues all weekend on Saturday & Sunday, October 25-26 | 10am – 4pm

Invite your friends, explore amazing local art and support a great cause. Proceeds from the event will go towards new spaces and resources for students, as well as the Teen Mental Health First Aid program at the College.
